Every job at A&B Coatings follows the same proven process, from your first enquiry through to dispatch - six clear steps that deliver a finish built to last.

The substrate, end environment and required finish are reviewed, and the right system is recommended, whether powder, wet, or a combination, along with the level of preparation needed.
Rust, mill scale, old paint and contaminants are stripped back in the sandblasting booth or via chemical prep, leaving a clean, profiled surface ready to coat.
Parts run through one of the two powder lines or the dedicated wet paint booth, using premium Dulux, Interpon and Jotun powders, with custom colour matching available.
Parts are cured in the 8.2 metre oven, bonding the coating into a hard, durable finish that stands up to the field.
The finished work is inspected, wrapped, and made ready for collection or freight from Gympie through to North Brisbane.
The job does not end when the parts leave the workshop. Every finish is backed by more than twenty years of industry experience, premium coating systems from Dulux, Interpon and Jotun, and a quality-first approach to surface preparation.
