The substrate, environment and finish are assessed, then the right coating system is recommended - powder, wet or a combination - along with the preparation required.
Rust, mill scale, old paint and contaminants are removed in the sandblasting booth or via chemical prep, leaving a clean, profiled surface ready to coat.
Parts move through one of the two powder lines or the dedicated wet paint booth, finished in premium Dulux, Interpon or Jotun systems with custom colour matching available.
Coatings are baked in the 8.2 metre oven, bonding into a hard, durable finish built to handle the field.
Every job is inspected, wrapped and prepared for collection or freight anywhere from Gympie through to North Brisbane.
